Lauren Strickroth is a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office and a member of the firm’s Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation team.
Areas of Practice
Lauren is a seasoned litigator with a primary focus on private wealth services and fiduciary litigation. She represents trustees, individual beneficiaries, and charitable organizations in trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, financial elder abuse actions, accounting disputes, and reformation or modification actions.
In addition to her trust and estate expertise, Lauren handles a broad spectrum of civil litigation, offering strategic counsel in matters ranging from business disputes to real estate conflicts. She also serves as outside general counsel to family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, advising on risk management and long-term legal strategy across a variety of personal and business interests.
Known for her pragmatic and effective approach, Lauren helps clients navigate complex legal issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
