Anna Gouzoules is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office and a member of the firm’s Mortgage Banking and Multi-Family Teams.

Areas of Practice

Anna represents clients in a variety of business disputes, with a special emphasis on lender liability, mortgage banking, real estate, multi-family litigation, fiduciary matters, and consumer class actions. Anna also has experience representing clients in corporate investigations, as well as complex securities and commercial litigation.

Anna’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and class action defense, and she has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Anna regularly counsels financial institutions, landlords and property management companies on compliance matters. Anna has successfully represented national banks and mortgage lenders in cases involving claims for lender liability, breach of contract, unfair business practices, fraud, negligence and many other causes of action challenging the origination or servicing of consumer loans.
