Areas of Practice
Angelo represents his clients in complex trial and appellate litigations in state and federal courts across the United States, in domestic and international arbitrations, and in front of various regulatory bodies. Angelo’s practice focuses on business disputes involving breach of contract, defamation, tortious interference, statutory compliance, and administrative law.
On the regulatory side, Angelo represents cable operators and other broadband providers in disputes related to access to rights-of-way, infrastructure deployment, and pole attachments.
Angelo is also dedicated to his pro bono practice, which includes environmental litigation arising under the Endangered Species Act and personal injury matters.
