Sheppard Mullin Labor and Employment partner Tracey Kennedy and Adam Streisand, partner and leader of the firm’s Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation practice, have been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2024 “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys.” The annual list recognizes "the very best litigators and trial attorneys in the region" and "trusted advisors you want in your corner in court," according to the publication.

Kennedy was noted for her impressive success rate in court, (including trying-to-verdict three multi-million-dollar wage-and-hour cases), as well as her involvement in firm leadership, which has been critical to many of Sheppard Mullin’s most important DE&I initiatives.

In his fifth appearance on this list, Streisand was highlighted for representing some of the world’s wealthiest individuals and families in battles over inheritance, fiduciary conduct and business succession. Notably, Streisand “earned acclaim as Britney Spears’ first choice of attorney in her conservatorship case and is featured in the New York Times’ “Framing Britney Spears.’”
