Sheppard Mullin Again Earns Top Rankings in Annual Vault Law Firm Associate Survey
Sheppard Mullin has once again ranked among the top 100 law firms in Vault’s annual Vault Law 100 survey—an annual list recognizing the nation’s most prestigious law firms based on the assessments of lawyers at peer firms. Notably, the firm ranked #7 in Best Law Firms to Work For, #9 in Overall Inclusion and #18 in Best Summer Associate Programs.
Based on assessments by lawyers at peer firms and feedback from more than 20,000 associates derived from the publication’s Annual Associate Survey, firms are ranked by Practice Area Prestige, Quality of Life (QOL), Inclusion and Summer Associate Programs.
Sheppard Mullin ranked highly in several Practice Area Prestige categories this year, including Clean Tech/Renewable Energy (#10) Labor & Employment (#10), Media, Entertainment and Sports (#11) and Healthcare (#15).
In the QOL categories, Sheppard Mullin ranked as a top firm in every single category, including firm culture, associate/partner relations, formal training and mentoring, integration, compensation and career outlook, among other categories.
As a Top 20 firm for Best Summer Associate Programs, the firm received high marks for attorney interactions (specifically, positive interactions between summer associates and other firm attorneys), career development and social experiences.
