Overview

Brian Lebow is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice

Brian’s practice focuses on patent infringement, contract disputes, and trade secret misappropriation across a range of high-tech industries including telecommunications, semiconductors, displays, automotive technology, and SEPs (including Wi-Fi and 5G). Brian has experience at all stages of litigation in federal district courts, PTAB proceedings, and appellate matters. Brian also maintains an active pro bono practice in which he represents veterans in claims and appeals and advises clients in asylum, visa, and other immigration matters.

Brian previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Todd M. Hughes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
