Briana Niu is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

Areas of Practice

Briana focuses on patent litigation, with experience in various industries, including wireless technology, medical devices, and computer storage. She also has prior experience in patent prosecution, trademarks, and fair use through her experience as an IP intern with the U.S. Department of Energy.

While at USC Gould School of Law, Briana served as the production editor of the USC Interdisciplinary Journal as well as on the boards of USC’s Intellectual Property & Technology Law Society and Privacy & Cybersecurity Law Society.

Prior to law school, Briana was a senior advisory consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she worked on technology risk and compliance for several major Silicon Valley companies.
