Areas of Practice
Christian is an experienced trial attorney and commercial litigator focusing on healthcare-related disputes in federal and state court and investigations. He has represented health plans, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance companies in all stages of litigation.
Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Christian served as a prosecutor for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office where he first-chaired multiple jury trials and preliminary hearings involving general crimes, narcotics, healthcare fraud, and vehicular homicide. He was also a member of the Insurance Fraud Unit, where he prosecuted complex financial crimes aimed at defrauding insurance companies and government agencies.
