Mr. Chandrashekar’s practice involves resolving technology disputes, focusing on patent and trade secret litigation. CJ has advocated for his clients before the District Court, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

CJ's practice spans diverse high-stakes technology sectors, including video encoding/decoding (H.263, H.264 standards), 802.11 wireless standards, artificial intelligence, photo tagging, medical devices, display panels, telecommunications, and semiconductor technologies. He has also provided the freedom to operate, infringement/non-infringement, and validity/invalidity opinions, which are critical for his clients' innovation and market strategies.

As a counselor, CJ has guided clients in pre-suit diligence, offered advice on open-source compliance, and managed patent portfolios of technology companies and universities. This comprehensive approach ensures that clients are well-prepared to manage their IP portfolios and protect their technological advancements, providing them with a sense of security in their legal representation.
