Areas of Practice
Christen’s practice focuses on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling environmental compliance and permitting.
During law school, Christen participated in the USC Gould Advanced Mediation Clinic. Acting as a neutral, she achieved settlements in small-claims cases and employment cases for various U.S. federal agencies.
In addition to her legal practice, Christen also has a strong commitment to providing pro bono and community service. She advises clients in property preservation by drafting estate documents, removing clouds of title on property/land and addressing general inheritance issues. Prior to law school, Christen was a tax accountant at a Big Four accounting firm.
