Courtlyn Ward is an associate in the Governmental Practice in the firm's Dallas office, focused on government investigation and white collar matters.

Areas of Practice

Courtlyn represents clients in a wide range of investigations, with particular experience in matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, bank fraud, and securities fraud. She regularly advises corporations and individuals facing government inquiries and internal investigations, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks. In addition, Courtlyn is an accomplished litigator, handling sophisticated commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Her practice spans all phases of civil litigation, from case strategy and pre-trial motions through trial advocacy and resolution.
