Diana Afonso Da Costa

Diana Afonso Da Costa is a Legal Consultant in the EU Competition & Regulatory practice group in the firm’s Brussels office.

Areas of Practice:

Diana holds an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe in Bruges, where she wrote her thesis on the multiplication of merger control tools below the thresholds and the challenges this raises for legal certainty. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where she specialised in European Market and Regulatory Law. Before joining the firm, Diana worked at a large Belgian firm, where she was involved in State aid cases as well as broader competition law matters.
