Please join the ABA CJS White Collar NTX regional subcommittee, the DBA Criminal Law Section and the DFW Women’s White Collar Defense Association for an afternoon focusing on all-things securities enforcement.  Things will kick off at 4:30 with SEC Regional Director Eric Werner and Enforcement Chief David Fraser talking about the state of enforcement in our area. Former SEC heavyweights, Kit Addleman, Jessica Magee and David Peavler with bring it home with a robust, substantive discussion regarding a myriad of SEC enforcement topics.  Libations and food will be available throughout followed by a reception to catch up with white collar and criminal defense colleagues afterward.
