Step into the shadows of New York’s haunted history for a spine-tingling networking opportunity on October 30, 2025 (Halloween Eve) at Sheppard Mullin. Recreate Manhattan’s first recorded murder trial of Levi Weeks for the untimely death of the twenty-one-year-old Elma Sands on December 22, 1799, which still haunts the streets of New York and a well near Spring Street. Hear the frightening story from key witnesses, including the accused Levi Weeks, the famous defense counsel (Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr), and the prosecutor and decide who was responsible for Elma’s death. Come dressed in black to 30 Rockefeller Plaza for libations, victuals, connections, and a unique murder mystery experience.
