Jenna G. Crawford

Jenna Crawford is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) Office. 

Areas of Practice

Jenna specializes in complex commercial litigation and consumer class action defense. She has litigated high stakes disputes across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and real estate, and has successfully represented clients in claims involving breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, defamation, false advertising, negligence, and tortious interference with contract. Jenna has experience in trial preparation and drafting and arguing critical litigation motions such as summary judgment motions, motions to compel arbitration, demurrers, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions.

Jenna also has extensive experience litigating employment actions, including representing employers in single plaintiff lawsuits involving claims for discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, failure to accommodate, and retaliation.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenna served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael M. Anello, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. 

While attending law school, Jenna served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael M. Anello, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Honorable Nita L. Stormes, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
