Areas of Practice

Jeffrey focuses his practice on corporate and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures, across a diverse range of industries, including real estate, insurance, maritime, mortgage servicing, and litigation funding. In addition to his significant expertise in representing both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, Jeff adeptly handles joint ventures, in particular real estate joint ventures on behalf of private equity sponsors and capital partners. Jeff represents financing partners such as Hg Capital and Ardian, among others, demonstrating his proficiency in delivering exceptional value and insight.

Jeff has successfully navigated a comprehensive range of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, sales and leasebacks, minority investments, IPOs, secured financings, 363 auctions, litigation funding arrangements, and general corporate governance matters.
