Kristin is a skilled trial lawyer who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters and general commercial disputes over a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, financial services, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and oil and gas.

Kristin has significant litigation and trial experience, including conducting pre-suit corporate internal investigations, discovery, defending and taking depositions, arguing pre-trial and dispositive motions, and trials.

  • Lead associate defending national media and broadcast group in single-plaintiff case asserting age discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
  • Member of national trial team defending against single-plaintiff cases alleging discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, including racial discrimination, gender discrimination, age discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
  • Member of national trial team defending international manufacturer of medical devices in a jury trial resulting in a full defense verdict.
  • Lead associate defending national financial institution in litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion and other claims.
  • Lead associate defending Fortune 100 company in litigation involving misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
