Katherine Anne Boy Skipsey represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts across the United States, including New York, California, Texas, Delaware, Illinois, and New Jersey. Her practice spans multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes, with particular experience in breach of contract, business torts, trade secret misappropriation, defamation, Lanham Act, bankruptcy, insurance, and healthcare matters, as well as regulatory investigations of large financial institutions and foreign banks.

Katherine Anne has trial experience in New York and California and has argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division, Fourth Department in New York. She has further distinguished her practice through her expertise in judgment enforcement and asset recovery, successfully collecting multi-million judgments through inter-forum litigation against foreign judgment debtors.

Fluent in Spanish, Katherine Anne serves a diverse client base, including individuals and entities based in Latin America and the United States engaged in cross-border business. Her linguistic and multicultural skills enable her to navigate complex matters for a diverse array of international clients and legal issues.

A dedicated pro bono advocate, Katherine Anne has successfully represented veterans and individuals with disabilities and serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She is active in the firm’s Appellate and Latin American Practice Groups, as well as in associate recruitment and mentorship initiatives.
