Katherine is an experienced commercial litigator with a focus on healthcare-related disputes in both state and federal courts. She handles cases involving contract and coverage disputes, as well as healthcare reimbursement litigation.

In her practice, Katherine covers all aspects from case development to appeals. This includes filing and responding to complaints, conducting discovery, and managing motion practice. She is also an effective negotiator in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute forums.

Before joining Sheppard Mullin, she served as a judicial law clerk at a federal district court. Katherine is licensed to practice in California.
