Madeline Cunnion is an associate in the Governmental Practice in the firm's Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Healthcare Industry Team.

Areas of Practice

Maddie advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, and operational matters. She also provides support to clients facing government investigation related to compliance with state and federal law, including the False Claims Act. Maddie is a member of the firm’s Healthy AI group and the Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative.

Maddie earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as a Supervising Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. She was also involved with the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, where she worked on litigation protecting access to necessary medical care. She received her B.A. from Georgetown University.
