Overview
Megan Miller is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office. She is a member of the firm’s Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative and Healthy AI initiative.
Areas of Practice
Megan advises healthcare companies on regulatory and transactional matters. She has experience counseling healthcare entities on healthcare facility licensing, fraud and abuse compliance, and a variety of general corporate and transactional issues. Megan also advises on the healthcare regulatory aspects of complex transactions, including supporting healthcare due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. She assists sellers and buyers on a variety of transactions to identify, assess, and resolve healthcare regulatory and compliance concerns from the start of the due diligence process through post-closing operations.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Megan worked in public administration and finance for the State of Massachusetts and in public health for the City of San Antonio. While at Texas Law, she served as a Pro Bono Scholar and as an editor for the Texas International Law Review.
