Nolan Walter is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

Nolan represents companies in a variety of class actions, multi-district litigations, and other complex litigation matters in state and federal court. His practice focuses on privacy and technology issues, including ECPA and CIPA claims, securities regulation and enforcement, and general business litigation.

Nolan has experience managing litigation ranging from individual arbitrations to nationwide class actions and from initial demands to trial. Nolan also has experience drafting critical litigation documents from routine pleadings to high-stakes summary judgment motions. His practical legal experience includes second chair trial experience, where he represented a group of investors in a securities fraud case.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Nolan clerked for the Honorable Curtis V. Gomez in the United States District Court for the District of the Virgin Islands.
