Sheppard Mullin Advising Paragonix Technologies in Sale to Getinge
Sheppard Mullin is representing Paragonix Technologies, a pioneer and innovator in organ transport and preservation, in its strategic agreement to be acquired by Getinge, a global medical technology company that provides equipment and systems for healthcare and life sciences companies.
Getinge’s global reach will expand access of Paragonix’s innovative organ transplant technologies to new markets while also creating opportunities for combining the organ containment and blood perfusion technologies of the two companies for new innovations.
