Sheppard Mullin Represents IKS Health in Strategic Investment in Western Washington Medical Group
A Sheppard Mullin Healthcare team represented IKS Health, a global leader in care enablement solutions, in its strategic investment in a newly formed management services organization (MSO) in partnership with Western Washington Medical Group (WWMG), an independent, multispecialty healthcare organization based in Washington State.
Through this transformative collaboration, IKS Health will oversee all non-clinical operations of WWMG, including revenue cycle, clinical documentation, HR, IT and finance, while WWMG retains control over clinical operations. The partnership is designed to enhance operational performance, scale value-based care, and drive sustainable growth through IKS’s AI-enabled care platform.
