Skylar Stoudt focuses her practice on high-stakes litigation, antitrust, and both civil and criminal government investigations. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, finance, insurance, construction, data services, media, real estate, and distribution.
Skylar has experience guiding clients through all stages of litigation, from initial risk assessment and discovery through trial and resolution. She is engaged in all stages of litigation, including preliminary investigations, drafting pleadings, managing complex discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Skylar’s experience extends to navigating parallel proceedings, responding to government inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during fact development and strategic planning. She regularly assists with internal investigations and compliance matters in both civil and regulatory contexts and has contributed to the development of case strategies in matters with significant legal and reputational implications.
In addition to her litigation practice, Skylar is dedicated to giving back to her community through extensive pro bono work. Her contributions include matters concerning asylum, veteran benefits, and immigration issues. She regularly volunteers at a local clinic, where she offers legal assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
