Skylar Stoudt focuses her practice on high-stakes litigation, antitrust, and government investigations—both civil and criminal—for clients across various industries, including healthcare, finance, insurance, construction, data services, media, real estate, and distribution.

She guides clients through every phase of litigation, from risk assessment and discovery to trial and resolution, including preliminary investigations, pleadings, complex discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Skylar is also experienced in managing parallel proceedings, responding to government inquiries, and working with cross-functional teams on fact development and strategy. She regularly handles internal investigations and compliance matters and has played a key role in shaping case strategies in matters with significant legal and reputational implications.

In addition to her litigation practice, Skylar is dedicated to giving back to her community through extensive pro bono work. Her contributions include matters concerning asylum, veteran benefits, and immigration issues. She regularly volunteers at a local clinic, where she offers legal assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
