Sylvia’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, where she advises and represents clients across various industries, including technology, financial services, retail, and healthcare. She is skilled at navigating every phase of the dispute resolution process, from early case assessment and fact investigation, to discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

Sylvia represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including cases involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, data privacy, false advertising, and consumer protection.

Additionally, Sylvia is an active member of the firm’s Women Lawyers Group.
