Areas of Practice
Yeva represents clients in a wide range of employment disputes involving claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and independent contractor misclassification. Her practice includes litigation and alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation.
Yeva also advises employers on day-to-day compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. This includes drafting and updating workplace policies, guiding internal investigations, and helping clients manage risk and navigate employee relations issues.
Before law school, Yeva worked in the human resources department of a global Fortune 500 company, where she gained firsthand insight into workforce dynamics and business needs.
