The landscape for PFAS regulations and related litigation is rapidly evolving and creating compliance and operational challenges for businesses. Topics Will Include

  • Key federal and state PFAS reporting requirements, including EPA’s PFAS Reporting Rule.
  • Compliance strategies to streamline data collection and reporting.
  • Emerging state-level PFAS bans affecting consumer products.
  • Trends in PFAS-related litigation and best practices for defense.

CLE credit is pending in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, KS, MN, MO, NE, NY and TX.
