Paul Lackey Selected to 2020 Texas Super Lawyers List

Lackey has served as a lead trial lawyer and outside litigation counsel to large financial institutions in state and federal jurisdictions around the country, including high courts in Texas, New York and Delaware, and has advised clients on litigation involving all types of financial instruments and investments around the world. He has successfully defended clients against billions of dollars in potential claims, and has won numerous multimillion dollar jury verdicts. Lackey also counsels on real estate, EB-5 and hospitality-related litigation, and serves as managing partner of the firm's Dallas office.
