Aalok Sharma Selected to NAPABA 2021 Prospective Partners Program

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Aalok Sharma was selected to the Prospective Partners Program by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Sharma is among nine other senior associates and counsel who have been recognized for their leadership potential within their organizations.

The NAPABA Prospective Partners Program brings a select group of senior associates together to encourage an increase in the number of Asian Pacific American partners at major law firms through introduction, mentorship and relationship building with senior in-house counsel members. Throughout the program, prospective partners will have the opportunity to build professional relationships with mentors through a handful of networking sessions, including an opportunity to introduce themselves and their practices through an introduction presentation at the 2021 NAPABA Convention in Washington, D.C., from December 9-10.

Sharma was also named to the 2022 Best Lawyers in America "Ones to Watch" list, was selected as a 2020 Fellow by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and was designated Chair of the American Bar Association's Sports Division in 2020.

In his practice, Sharma is trusted by sports businesses and technology companies to provide counsel in matters relating to the future of sports, including esports, sports tech, legalized sports wagering and integrity. He is frequently involved in bet-the-company litigation, and has significant experience in business litigation, construction litigation and products liability litigation.
