Harris Inducted Into Prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers
Stinson LLP Partner Reginald Harris has been inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier legal associations in North America.
The invitation-only organization selects nominees who have demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality. Harris was inducted during the ACTL’s annual meeting on October 11, 2025.
Harris, a former federal prosecutor, currently focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and crisis management. He has represented clients across a broad range of sectors and industries, including banking, electronics, food and beverage, health care, higher education, local government, mining and nuclear medicine. As a federal prosecutor, Harris served for several years as White Collar Chief and later became Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney where he led the office’s civil rights program and was lead counsel on some of the office’s most challenging criminal cases. He has over 28 years of courtroom experience, including trying over 20 federal criminal cases and arguing numerous appeals before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
"Being welcomed into the College is a tremendous honor," said Harris. "Throughout my career, I have sought to uphold the values of integrity, fairness and professionalism that the College represents, being careful not to abuse the privilege that has been mine to serve as an officer of the court, whether as a representative of the government or of an individual or organization. I am grateful for this recognition."
Harris currently is a Master in the Theodore McMillian Inn of Court. He has also been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for his litigation practice, in the Missouri Lawyers Media Power List Top 100 for White Collar Defense, and as a Champion of Diversity by both the Missouri Lawyers Media and the St. Louis Business Journal. In addition to his legal practice, Harris has previously served on several boards, including the St. Charles County Family YMCA, Big League Impact, and St. Louis ArtWorks.
