Stinson attorney Jeff Price is featured in Law360 for his recent addition to the firm's Dallas office, where he brings extensive experience in commercial and business litigation. He joins the firm with a track record of helping clients resolve complex disputes while being mindful of the practical considerations that drive business outcomes.

A former member of the National Guard, Price most recently worked for a nonprofit dedicated to veteran advocacy, where he represented former service members before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He plans to continue that work through his pro bono practice at Stinson, and told Law360 that several Stinson attorneys, including other veterans, have already expressed interest in contributing to the effort.

"It's very meaningful work," Price told Law360. "My primary focus at Stinson will be on assisting companies and individuals with disputes, but I am planning to continue working with The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program." The Veterans Consortium is a nonprofit that serves veterans with legal issues and helps volunteer attorneys represent veterans and surviving family members with claims before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Price will also continue to be actively involved with the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association as an elected member of its Board of Governors.

In addition to his pro bono practice, Price plans to mentor junior attorneys at the firm, sharing insights from his experience navigating complex disputes and appellate matters. His combined experience in private practice and nonprofit advocacy provides a unique perspective that informs both his client work and his approach to mentorship.

Price brings a strategic and practical approach to guiding clients through business and commercial litigation matters including matters involving fraud, breach of contract, professional liability, and insurance coverage, achieving favorable outcomes at both trial and appellate levels.
