Routhier Selected to Minnesota Lawyer’s 2025 Top Women in Law Class

Stinson LLP Partner Lauren Routhier has been named to Minnesota Lawyer’s 2025 Top Women in Law class. She is one of 43 women across the state recognized for their leadership, professionalism and lasting contributions to the legal profession and community.

Routhier advises individuals, families and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate planning, tax and succession strategies. Her practice includes business succession planning, charitable giving, prenuptial agreements, estate administration, and contested probate and trust matters. Known for her collaborative style, practical insight and depth of legal knowledge, she is a trusted advisor to clients navigating significant personal and business transitions.

In addition to her client work, Routhier is dedicated to service beyond the firm. She provides pro bono immigration counsel and guardianship assistance through Stinson’s Deinard Legal Clinic and contributes her legal knowledge to local organizations. She currently serves on the Board of the Minnesota Orchestra and has previously served as Board Member and Treasurer for Youth Farm, a nonprofit focused on youth empowerment through food justice.
