Securities and Financial Services Litigator Richard J.L. Lomuscio Joins Stinson in New York

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Richard J.L. Lomuscio to the firm's New York office. Lomuscio joins as a partner in the firm's Financial Services & Class Action Practice Division.

Lomuscio is the seventh attorney to join the firm's New York office in the past year. To address the increasing demand for attorneys focused on financial litigation, the firm is strategically enhancing its Financial Services & Class Action practice through the addition of Lomuscio.

Lomuscio has over 20 years of experience handling complex financial litigation. He specializes in commercial and regulatory disputes concerning securities, intricate financial instruments, mortgage securitizations, cryptocurrency, fund formation and corporate governance matters. He leverages his extensive experience representing technology, insurance, financial services and FinTech companies to provide clients with tailored proactive compliance counsel and strategic defense.
