Stinson Adds Labor and Employment Attorney Kyle Malone to its Wichita Office

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome back Kyle Malone to its Wichita office. Malone, who was an associate from 2018 to 2021, rejoins the firm’s Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits practice division.

In addition to his time at Stinson, Malone most recently had in-house counsel positions with companies in the aviation manufacturing and hospitality industries. His direct experience working alongside business leaders gives him a practical understanding of the daily workplace challenges employers face, which allows him to provide clients with effective, business-minded strategies for navigating the ever-changing landscape of employment laws.

Malone counsels unionized employers on labor relations issues such as collective bargaining, union grievances and arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and strike preparation. He also represents employers in state and federal courts defending employment law claims and also advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including disability and religious accommodations, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, reductions in forces, and WARN Act compliance.

Malone holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.A. Kansas State University.
