Stinson LLP Adds Business Litigation Attorney Christina J. Hansen to its Wichita Office
Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome back Christina Hansen to its Wichita office. Hansen, who was an associate from 2015 to 2023, rejoins as of counsel in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group.
In addition to her time at Stinson, Hansen most recently served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Kansas, where she defended the United States in a range of litigation, including Federal Tort Claims Act, employment, and immigration cases.
Hansen's practice focuses on complex litigation, employment law, business litigation, tort claims, and trade secret misappropriation claims. Her courtroom experience includes representing clients in contract, tort, and product liability actions in both federal and state courts, as well as representing employers in discrimination and retaliation lawsuits, as well as before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Kansas Human Rights Commission.
"It is a great pleasure to welcome Christina back. Her experience and skills are matched by her enthusiasm for collaboration and advocating for the firm's clients," Stinson Wichita Office Managing Partner Stephanie Scheck said. "We are thrilled for her return."
Hansen holds a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and a B.A. in journalism from Kansas State University. She is admitted to practice in Kansas and the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas. She has been selected as a Woman Who Leads in Legal by the Wichita Business Journal.
