Stinson LLP Expands in New York City and Moves to New Office in the Financial District

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that it has expanded its footprint in the New York City market with its newest office move to 140 Broadway, Suite 2330 in Lower Manhattan, in the city’s Financial District, from its previous location at 100 Wall Street, Suite 201, New York, NY 10005.

"Our new space marks a substantial upgrade in both quality and scale, underscoring the strong growth and momentum we've built in New York since entering the city's real estate market in February 2023," Managing Partner Allison Murdock said. "This office move allows us to better meet evolving clients’ needs and advances our strategic goal to continue to grow our existing offices even as we expand our geographic footprint."

The office is 13,337 square feet with 19 exterior window wall offices, three conference rooms and one huddle room. The firm's eight New York attorneys primarily focus their legal practice on business litigation, corporate finance, real estate, labor law and international trade.

"Having a larger space enables us to continue recruiting top talent and reflects our commitment to expand the legal services we offer in this dynamic market," New York City Office Managing Partner Kieran Corcoran said.

This move continues the firm's 2025 growth. In March, Stinson expanded to the West Coast with the opening of a Los Angeles office, which became its 14^th office. In May 2023, the firm entered the Southeast by launching a Tampa office.
