Stinson Represents Deerwood Bank in Integration with Community Development Bank

Stinson LLP served as legal counsel to Deerwood Bank in its acquisition of Community Development Bank's Ogema and St. Michael branches.

Upon closing, the Ogema and St. Michael branches have been renamed Deerwood Bank. The strategic collaboration also expands Deerwood Bank's presence in central and northern Minnesota, bringing the total number of banking offices to 14.
