Abigail Martin

Abby focuses her practice on litigation, drawing on experience in trial and transactional settings. She brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her work, supported by strong research and writing skills developed through internships and clerkships in both state and government offices.

Prior to joining Stinson, Abby served as a summer associate in the firm’s St. Louis office, where she drafted memoranda, assisted in preparing motions and briefs, and observed depositions. She served in a government role focused on criminal appellate litigation, where she researched and drafted briefs for felony conviction appeals. Abby also previously interned with the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Sangamon County, Illinois, where she supported estate planning, family law, and real estate matters.
