Overview
Alexandra assists individuals and companies with a wide range of investigations, enforcement and litigation matters. She also counsels clients on their internal compliance programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra worked at two Am Law 20 firms in Washington, DC, where she represented clients in government enforcement actions before the DOJ, SEC, FINRA, PCAOB and CFTC.
Experience
Alexandra has conducted multiple international investigations in response to government requests and subpoenas.
Alexandra defends individuals and companies in regulatory enforcement matters, especially those concerning securities and corruption issues.
Alexandra has served as a member of two government-appointed independent compliance monitorship teams.
Alexandra maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on asylum cases. Most recently, she has helped two Afghan refugees receive asylum.
