Overview
Andrew focuses his practice on intricate corporate finance matters. Before law school, Andrew worked as a corporate compliance legal intern for a publicly traded multi-billion-dollar industrial conglomerate specializing in commercial and defense aerospace applications.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Andrew worked at Stinson as a summer associate. He also worked as a business analyst for a university affiliated research park and as a venture capital analyst intern for a Kansas City-based venture capital fund program for students.
