Annabel works with employers on a variety of employment issues to provide strategic advice and counsel. 

Overview

Annabel provides litigation, arbitration and counseling services for a broad range of employment law matters. She has experience supporting wage and hour litigation, including claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as well as California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases. Annabel utilizes her experience as a law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to support appellate strategy for clients. 

Fluent in Spanish, Annabel is able to support internal investigations and witness interviews to meet the needs of our clients' diverse workforces.

Prior to law school, Annabel worked for a non-profit organization to provide support to immigrants and refugees under threat of deportation, and regularly supports Stinson's pro bono clients by advising on immigration matters.
