Asma uses her deep understanding of business to propel goals into innovative solutions for her corporate finance clients.
Overview
Asma focuses her practice in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital matters. While in law school, Asma earned an MBA with a concentration in finance so she could better understand her client's needs. Her business background allows her to bring a unique perspective on corporate finance issues across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Stinson, Asma worked for the Michigan Attorney General's office where she drafted various circuit court motions and orders, outlined bylaws for the Commission on Middle Eastern American Affairs, and prepared memorandums of law regarding the application of the state's Minimum Wage Law to migrant farm workers.
Asma is bilingual in Arabic and English.
