Bill works with privately held businesses in a variety of industries, assisting them with business estate planning, succession planning, and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience with the design and implementation of family partnerships for use in wealth preservation and wealth transfer.
Bill brings a unique skill set to bear for his clients, including an understanding of accounting principles, tax law, real estate investment vehicles, estate planning and corporate law. He designs and prepares buy-sell and shareholder agreements for clients. He has significant experience with ad valorem real and personal property taxation.

Bill works with clients to develop highly tailored shareholder agreements and buy-sell agreements that provide tax savings while, at the same time, meet specific business goals for clients.
His business background is key for clients when discussing business transition planning and options, including everything from assessing readiness, preparing for sale or transition, identifying the proper advisors, management success, corporate structure, tax consequences, valuation, issues, family dynamics and charitable giving goals.
