Focused on the manufacturing, energy and transportation industries, Brad litigates cases involving complex product liability claims, catastrophic workplace injuries, class actions, contract disputes and trade secrets misappropriation. He counsels clients on product labels and consumer warnings and compliance with certification agency performance standards.

Represents a national retailer in class action lawsuits alleging deceptive trade practices pending in MDL proceedings

Prosecutes claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition and civil conspiracy related to electronic theft of trade secrets by a competitor

Acted as national counsel for manufacturer of residential smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in product liability lawsuits across the country

Represented welding products manufacturer in mass tort lawsuits filed by 3,000 welders in over 1,100 lawsuits pending in eight states and in MDL proceedings in Cleveland, Ohio

Represented a natural gas provider in over three dozen lawsuits and more than a hundred claims arising from a catastrophic natural gas explosion that leveled half of a city block

Represented a well-known national manufacturer of construction tools and equipment in product liability litigation
