Overview
Cooper brings a detail-oriented approach and an interest in complex financial matters to his corporate finance practice.
He gained legal experience as a Stinson summer associate, where he assisted on a variety of corporate and transactional projects. Cooper also worked in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the White Collar Crime Section, where he supported prosecutors handling financial investigations and enforcement actions.
Cooper is fluent in German.
