Overview
David's practice sits at the intersection of commercial litigation, antitrust and employment law.
David gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he focused on litigation strategies, drafting sub-regulatory guidance and analyzing discrimination charges as well as a proposed merger. He was also the recipient of a fellowship from the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law Section.
A former summer associate at Stinson, David has experience assisting companies with employment law, breach of contract and civil procedure matters. In addition, he has drafted a variety of court documents, including a dispositive motion in a putative class action.
David leverages his writing, editing and public speaking skills to advance clients' interests. He honed his research and writing abilities as a nonfiction book editor and award-winning investigative journalist. Books edited by David achieved best-seller status, were recognized with numerous literary prizes, and have been praised by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, National Public Radio and other outlets. His writing has appeared in a range of major regional and national publications.
Outside of his work, David is a competitive distance runner who has finished in the top 500 of the Boston Marathon.
