Experience
George has defended financial institutions in a range of putative class actions, including alleged violations of state usury laws, deposit account agreements, and other Missouri banking laws. He has also represented financial services clients as creditors in bankruptcy and as plaintiffs seeking to enforce loan agreements.
George has defended several nationwide companies facing consumer protection claims.
In the product liability field, George has represented pharmaceutical companies in single-plaintiff personal injury claims, as well as pharmaceutical companies and a food manufacturer in class actions alleging economic damages.
George represented a nationwide company in trade secret litigation, leading to a favorable jury verdict for the client.
