Heather L. Franco

Heather focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions, structured finance & securitization, corporate governance and leasing and secured lending.

She has experience drafting and managing contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and non-reliance letters for private placement, refinancing and loan origination deals.

Heather also frequently assists in the representation of clients throughout the life cycle of an equipment leasing transaction. She has experience working on commercial lending and finance transactions across a variety of industries, including agribusiness, payments, financial and telecommunications. Heather also works on matters relating to HSR pre-merger notification filings.

Prior to joining Stinson, Heather developed her legal acumen as a summer associate working directly with the general counsel and in-house legal department of a Fortune 500 major telecommunication company where she completed legal research and drafted deliverables for projects encompassing multiple industries. Additionally, Heather worked as a law clerk for Judge Michael Berger at the Colorado Court of appeals where she wrote pre-disposition memorandums and summarized appellate briefs.
