Janae's practice is centered on assisting banks and financial institutions in a variety of intricate matters. She gained valuable legal experience during law school, working at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Minnesota.
Proficient in Arabic, Janae is able to meet the needs of her clients worldwide.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Janae worked at Stinson as a summer associate.

Assisted a key telecommunications company in the company’s $1.3 billion refinancing, redemption, and Rule 144A note offering.
Assisted a major cooperative of producers with the cooperative’s restructuring initiative and integration of a newly acquired company.
Advises on multiple debt financings to small and mid-size companies including both subordinate and senior financing.
Assisted on a $241,000,000 refinancing of a syndicated debt facility for a major telecommunications/radio producer.
Assists with money transmitter licensing applications and director/officer transitions.
